Creaseday Refund Policy
Effective: 2026-10-07
Creaseday is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription, and nothing renews.
- What you buy. One payment gets you Creaseday and all of its future updates, to use on your own Macs.
- 14 days to change your mind. If Creaseday isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your purchase. You don't need to give a reason.
- How to ask. Email jjollae0202@gmail.com from the address you used to buy, and include your order number. We'll reply by email.
- How the money comes back. Purchases are handled by Dodo Payments, the merchant of record for Creaseday. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. When the money shows up depends on your bank or card issuer.
- After a refund. Creaseday has no license keys, so it can't switch itself off. We ask that you delete it.
- Fair use. Where the law allows, we may decline requests sent more than 14 days after purchase, or repeated cycles of buying and refunding.
- Your rights. If the consumer law where you live gives you more protection than this policy, that law applies.
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.

Creaseday 환불 방침

Creaseday는 한 번 결제하는 앱이에요. 구독이 없고, 자동으로 다시 결제되는 일도 없어요.
- 무엇을 사나요. 한 번 결제하면 Creaseday와 앞으로 나올 업데이트를 모두 받아, 본인의 맥에서 쓸 수 있어요.
- 14일 안에는 마음을 바꿀 수 있어요. Creaseday가 맞지 않으면 구매일로부터 14일 안에 환불을 요청해 주세요. 이유는 적지 않아도 돼요.
- 요청하는 방법. 구매할 때 쓴 이메일로 jjollae0202@gmail.com에 주문번호와 함께 보내 주세요. 이메일로 답드려요.
- 돈이 돌아오는 방법. 결제는 Creaseday의 판매 대행사(Merchant of Record)인 Dodo Payments가 처리해요. 승인된 환불은 처음 결제한 수단으로 돌아가요. 실제로 들어오기까지 걸리는 시간은 은행이나 카드사에 따라 달라요.
- 환불 후에는. Creaseday에는 라이선스 키가 없어서 앱이 스스로 꺼지지 않아요. 앱은 지워 주시길 부탁드려요.
- 공정한 이용. 법이 허용하는 범위에서, 구매 후 14일이 지난 요청이나 구매와 환불을 반복하는 경우는 거절할 수 있어요.
- 소비자의 권리. 사시는 곳의 소비자 보호법이 이 방침보다 더 유리하면, 그 법을 따라요.
이 방침이 바뀌면 새 시행일과 함께 이곳에 올려요.
